Description

Building designed for families and located in one of the quietest residential neighborhoods of Ibiza, just a few minutes’ walk from Es Viver beach and the center of Ibiza.

 

The building consists of 8 three-bedroom duplex townhouses, a large common area, two gardens, and a private rooftop. Access to each house is private, either from the street or from the parking spaces themselves.

 

The houses have well-differentiated day and night areas, making them ideal for family life. They also feature several terraces and gardens, connected to the various indoor rooms through large doors, extending the living space to the outdoors.

 

All houses have a private rooftop and a multipurpose room in the basement, with access from the garden and private parking.
